Supercars title to be decided in Adelaide as Guns N' Roses close the bp Adelaide Grand Final

ADELAIDE, Australia, 27 October 2026 - The Repco Supercars Championship will be decided on the Adelaide Street Circuit at the 2026 bp Adelaide Grand Final, which runs over four days from Thursday 26 to Sunday 29 November. The event's website describes it as the Supercars Championship finale: the round at which the season's champion is crowned.

Racing is only part of the program. According to the organiser, two after-race concerts will be staged on the circuit. Hilltop Hoods headline on the Saturday night, joined by Ball Park Music, CYRIL and Teenage Joans; the organiser describes this as an all-Australian line-up. On Sunday 29 November, Guns N' Roses close the weekend with special guests Airbourne, as part of the band's Nightrain World Tour. The ticketing page states that a Sunday or four-day general admission ticket includes access to the general admission viewing area of the Sunday concert precinct.

The 2026 event also adds a new category. GT1 Race Club, which the organiser says will make its Australian debut in Adelaide, will bring “ultra-rare and track-focused hypercars” from manufacturers including Pagani, Bugatti and Ferrari to the street circuit. The official site also lists an Australian Rally Championship Festival among the weekend's attractions, and a new hospitality precinct, Platform 10 and 11.

The organiser's promotional campaign features the actor Eric Bana. According to the website, Bana recounts the 2025 championship contest in Adelaide and sets out what is at stake in 2026.

Tickets are sold in several categories: general admission (single-day and multi-day), grandstand seating, hospitality, and premium experiences that include paddock passes and pit lane walks. Concert access differs by ticket type and by day.

The weekend's central question is therefore a sporting one. The championship will be settled on Adelaide's street circuit and, because the organiser bills the concerts as after-race events, the result will be known before Guns N' Roses take the stage.
