Crowd takes sign-ups for an all-in-one sales and operations platform for event organisers
The Australian platform brings ticketing, stand and sponsorship sales, outreach and a customer service inbox into one system, with every payment settling in the organiser's own Stripe account.
AUSTRALIA, 27 October 2026 - Crowd, an Australian software platform for exhibitions and events, is taking sign-ups from organisers at usecrowd.co. The company describes the product as “a commerce layer for exhibitions and events”: one system for selling tickets, exhibitor stands and floor space, and sponsorships, and for running the outreach, customer service and payables behind them. According to its sign-up page, new organisers are onboarded personally, through a booked call.
The payment model is the platform's central claim. According to Crowd, sales settle directly into the organiser's own Stripe account, and “Crowd never holds the money”. Organisers choose a payout schedule: standard, drip or manual, where drip pays out 25 per cent of sales daily. Stands can be sold on a deposit or paid in full, with instalment plans charged automatically through Stripe. Sponsorships are collected on a schedule, and applications can be approved before an exhibitor is able to buy.
For sales, the platform includes an outreach engine: a prospect board, email sequences with warm-up and daily caps, reply detection, contact finding and email verification. A customer service agent answers buyer questions at the event's own email address. The operator either approves each reply or turns on auto-send, and the company says that when the agent is not sure, it does not guess.
At the door, Crowd lists registration and check-in, QR scanning, kiosk check-in, badge design and printing, and Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes. On the finance side it lists a bills inbox, scheduled payments to venues, suppliers and crew, and daily draft invoices posted to Xero. A marketing suite with Meta Ads and Google Ads connections is marked as in beta, and an iOS app is listed as coming soon.
Pricing is published in US dollars, per seat per month. Starter costs US$29 and is pay as you go: from US$0.99 a ticket, US$15 for each stand sold and US$20 for each sponsorship sale. Growth costs US$399 and Enterprise US$999; neither charges ticket, stand or sponsorship fees, and both include monthly allowances for customer service resolutions, outreach emails and contact finds. Stripe's card processing fees apply on every plan, and annual billing includes two months free.
